Ingredients Usage How to use Otex Express Combi Pack 10ml Hold your head tilted and apply 5 drops into the ear. Allow a few minutes for the drops to work, then wipe away any excess with a tissue. Wash your hands after each use. Repeat the process once or twice daily for 3 to 4 days while symptoms persist. After using the ear drops, cleanse the ear canal using the bulb syringe with warm water to wash away remaining ear wax.
