Northern Hex Dumbbells

Northern Hex Dumbbells are a versatile addition to any strength setup, with weights from 1kg to 12.5kg to suit a range of exercises and training levels. Rubber-coated heads help protect your flooring and reduce noise, while chrome-finished, knurled handles provide a secure, comfortable grip through every rep. The hexagonal design also helps stop them rolling when you put them down — handy between sets and even handier when it’s time to tidy up. From presses and rows to curls, lunges, and squats, they’re a straightforward bit of kit with plenty of ways to put them to work.
