100% brand new and high quality Cast-iron cooking surface retains heat, seals in moisture and flavor. A well-seasoned cast iron pan creates a crusty sear on burgers and steaks, all while keeping flavorful juices in the pan instead of dripping down into the flames. Enjoy cooking all types of meals from roasted vegetables, seared steaks, cobblers, and more! After each hand washing, simply rub a little vegetable oil onto the cooking surface. Thick, forged base is designed to heat evenly for experimenting with new recipes and getting beautifully browned results and steakhouse sears on any stovetop. Works on all cooktops including: gas range, induction, and electric. It can be used to sear, fry, saut, grill, roast, bake, braise and broil your favourite ingredients. Warming Tips: a, When using the pan for the first time, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the surface and pre-heat slowly to season the pan. b, After use, clean the pan with hot water and a soft cloth or stiff nylon brush. Never clean the griddle pan in a dishwasher or use detergents to clean it. c, Towel dry immediately and apply a light coating of oil while still warm to keep seasoned and prevent any rusting. d, Cast iron is no 'coating' on this pan. If you experience surface peeling it is not the non-stick surface coming away, it is burnt oil and may be the result of insufficient cleaning or over oiling during seasoning. | Nordara 30CM Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Frying Pan Skillet in Black
