Phyto Niacin Brightening Toner

This toner is specifically designed to;brighten;and moisturise the complexion, using Nacific's own Made White technology and 5% Niacinamide. Together, this toner turns dull, uneven skin to its natural healthy glow, whilst brightening dark spots and pigmentation. The Bamboo Extract in the formula provides intense hydration and a soothing effect. Note: Although the name says "whitening", this product does not have any bleaching or irritating effects on the skin. In Korea, products that have a brightening effect on the complexion and the ability to lighten dark spots and pigmentation are sometimes called "whitening". How To Use: 1. Apply after cleansing 2. Pour a small amount of toner onto hands or cotton pads 3. Pat gently into the skin if using hands. If using cotton pads, wipe your skin with them.
