The Moore & Wright Imperial Precision Combination Set is a professional measuring tool designed for precision engineering, metalworking and workshop applications. This comprehensive set combines four essential measuring functions in one versatile instrument, making it an invaluable addition to any engineer's or machinist's toolkit. Supplied complete with a 300mm/12in rule graduated on both sides, plus protractor head, square head and centre head, this combination set delivers exceptional accuracy and flexibility. The datum faces are fully hardened and ground to resist wear, ensuring long-term precision even under demanding workshop conditions. The precision rule has been fully hardened and tempered with deeply etched graduations for ease of reading and extended service life. The protractor head features a centrally mounted vial for unrestricted viewing and a full 360° scale plate graduated 0° - 180° - 0°, fitted with a satin chrome finish for durability. The square head provides six fixed angles: 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°, whilst the centre head offers a fixed 90° angle perfect for finding the centre of round bar stock up to 120mm diameter. A unique rule clamp allows positive location and clamping, and the clipped corner on the rule maximises capability across all applications.
