PRODUCER PROFILE La Jara is an estate where organic viticulture thrives, nestled in the stony, nutrient-rich vineyards north of Venice. The land, shaped by the River Piaves deposits of limestone pebbles, provides ideal conditions for producing pure wines. The estate is known for its Glera and Pinot Grigio grapes, which take on delicate floral aromas due to the soils ability to retain warmth. Founded by brothers Massimo and Paolo, with Giovanni handling sales, La Jara is dedicated to crafting easy-drinking wines of outstanding quality. Year after year, they expand their organic plantings while continually improving their wine-making technology to ensure excellence.
