Featuring a compound-lever action that multiplies hand force by 18, these cutters make light work of hard, piano and dental wire. The jaws are induction-hardened to HRC 64 and precisely shaped for outstanding durability and accuracy. Built with robust construction, a rust-proof finish and zinc-plated handles with detailing for superior grip. Versatile for use across multiple trades including engineering workshops, piano technicians, dental laboratories, jewellery making and electrical installations. Suitable for cutting small diameter electrical cable and wire. WARNING: this tool must NOT be used on live electrical wire. Manufactured in England, conforming to BS 3087-7:1996 and ISO 5747:1995.
