The 120cm Matfer Bourgeat Ergo Exoglass Spatula is specifically designed to reduce fatigue in kitchens where heavy mixing and stirring takes place. Lightweight and with an extended exoglass handle, the spatula enables use in the correct body position, with wrists in line with forearms to reduce the risk of muscular-skeletal disorders. Heat resistant up to 220°C, the spatula has a reinforced handle for extra strength, allowing use with heavy mixes, as well as hot.
