Grappling Preparing Competition Vol.1

By Pierre PILAT. Discover an exceptional collection on the art of Brazilian fighting. Each teacher and expert will explain his speciality in full details in this series of educational dvds, which have been recorded with a uniform dark background for more visibility. This dvd deals with the preparation for Grappling competition and its many different aspects. In my experience of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I've seen too often great ground grapplers lose in grappling competitions because they were not able to bring and keep their opponent to the ground effectively enough to use their technical know-how thoroughly... This DVD offers a different view from training sequences with a global approach! Giving all inclusive demonstrations, starting from stand-up to control positions and finally submission, the technical sequences in this DVD give you an almost exhaustive panel of fighting strategies for competition. By practising real training sequences, grapplers will be fully ready for competion.Better than another compilation of ground grappling techniques, here's a real battle plan for you to get ready for competition!!
