Powered by a 40v XGT battery and dual brushless motors (one for wire feeding, one for twisting), it drives 1.6 mm annealed wire to tie rebar combinations from D10 × D10 up to (D16 × 2) × (D16 × 2), delivering up to 180% higher tying strength compared with older 18v models. With a tying speed of approximately 0.7 seconds per tie, the tool dramatically boosts productivity on site. It features an intuitive wire pull back mechanism to hold the wire tip and ensure tight, secure ties — reducing the risk of loose or uneven binding.
