GD001G 40v Max XGT Cordless Brushless Slide Switch Die Grinder

The GD001G is a cordless die grinder which is part of the Makita 40v XGT system and will run on any Makita 40v XGT battery. This version has a slide switch which can be locked on, allowing for longer periods of continuous working without hand fatigue. For safety, the machine features AFT Active Feedback Sensing Technology which will cut the power if the rotation speed suddenly drops, indicating working conditions that may cause a hazardous kickback. To ensure a longer lifetime in grinding environments, the GD001G has XPT eXtreme Protection Technology which helps to prevent dust and liquids from contaminating the internal components. It has a brushless motor and a variable speed dial, as well as an integrated LED worklight for excellent visibility of the work surface.
