The DUC355 is a cordless chainsaw which is powered by two 18V Li-ion batteries in series which supply energy to a powerful 36V DC motor drive system. The motor is brushless to ensure longest possible runtimes, and the DUC355 is compatible with the same 18v LXT batteries as used in Makita's construction power tools for trade and industry.
