Ingredients Usage How to use M-Club Hot & Cold Wrap For cold therapy, place the M-Club Hot & Cold Wrap in a bag and leave in the fridge or freezer for at least 1-2 hours before use. For hot therapy, heat the wrap in a microwave for 20 seconds+10 second increments until desired heat level is attained. Adjust and secure the wrap around the desired area using the adjustable Velcro strap. Relax and allow the wrap to provide soothing relief. Usage Warnings Precautions to consider before using M-Club Hot & Cold Wrap Never heat for one minute at a time, or two minutes in total. If too hot, allow to cool before using. Always check the temperature before use. Do not use if the product is damaged. Do not use the plastic protective bag when heating in the microwave. Warnings
