The insulation should now slide away easily. Having removed enough insulation, separate the coloured wires within, and using one of the two wiring dia grams in the image above, lay the conductors out in order and push them into a connector and crimp. The wiring dia grams above can be used interchangeably without any issues, just remember to create Straight-Through cable (A to A or B to B) if You are connecting to a hub or router, and Cross-Over cable (A to B or B to A) if You are connecting one PC directly to another.
