Able to fry up to 30kg of chips (from chilled) per hour, the Lincat has truly impressive commercial performance for its size, freeing up more of your kitchen for other tasks. The UK-made DF39 fryer has some fantastic time-saving features. From the strong easy-clean stainless steel construction and hinging elements to the front-mounted drain valve, the Lincat makes it much easier to clean and maintain the fryer.
