Able to accommodate up to four full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm pans, the Lincat offers plenty of space for your delicious menu items. Heat is channeled from the base, as well as infra-red lighting from the gantry to combine great presentation and safe food holding. The base also includes accurate temperature control, so you can adjust the settings to reflect the food on display. The gantry also includes a handy sneeze screen, providing partial protection from airborne contaminents.
