10 ml Citronella Essential Oil in Black

Citronella Essential Oil is steam distilled from the dried grass of Cymbopogon nardus, sourced from Java. This plant-based oil is widely known for its effective insect-repellent properties and has been used as a natural bio-pesticide in the USA since 1948. Indonesia and China remain the leading global producers, supplying nearly 40% of the worlds citronella oil. Beyond repelling insects, it helps control excessive perspiration, reduces oily skin and hair, and works as a natural deodorant. It is also believed to ease rheumatism and arthritis discomfort, while offering protection against colds, flu, and minor infections. Citronella supports digestion by helping soothe colitis, reduce intestinal infections, and eliminate parasites. It may also relieve menstrual cramps, stimulate the heartbeat, and when used in a vaporiser, it helps reduce fatigue, headaches, and neuralgia while enhancing a cheerful and optimistic mood. Avoid using during pregnancy and for children under 3, and do not ingest internally. Historically, ancient cultures in India, Egypt, and other regions where Cymbopogon species grew used the grass to repel insects, especially mosquitoes, as it played a vital role in survival for those living near rivers and water bodies where pests and diseases were widespread | KDMD 10 ml Citronella Essential Oil in Black
