Adjustable Back & Shoulder Posture Corrector Brace

Support better posture habits with this adjustable back and shoulder posture corrector brace in size 2XL (XXL). Made from neoprene and breathable elastic mesh fabric, this brace is durable and comfortable to wear. It gently draws the shoulders back and gives support across the upper and lower back, acting as a reminder to sit and stand up straight while you work, study, drive or relax. Two adjustable straps make it easy to fit, and within the neoprene back panel there are 2 plastic stays for extra support. Size 2XL (XXL) has a shoulder strap length of 108cm and fits a waist of 110-125cm. The range is available in sizes S to XXXL; please measure your waist and check the size guide before ordering. The listing recommends wearing it for 2-3 hours, then taking it off for 2-3 hours before putting it on again. Do not rely on the brace alone: posture is best improved with regular exercise and stretching routines, which can be done with or without the brace on.
