8cm x 100m Winter Tree Trunk Protector Wrap

Help protect young and delicate trees through the colder months with this 8cm x 100m winter tree trunk protector wrap. Made from non-woven fabric, the wrap is lightweight and breathable, allowing trees to breathe while providing a protective layer against winter frost. It helps keep trunks warm and can help prevent deer, rabbits, squirrels and other animals from nibbling bark. The wrap comes on a roll, so you can cut it to the length and shape you need, and simply roll it back up and store it in the bag when not in use. With a total length of 100m and a width of 8cm, there is plenty to wrap multiple trees, with enough left over for replacements or to share with fellow gardeners. It is suitable for fruit trees, shrubs, garden trees and ornamental trees, and can also be used to protect plants during transplanting. It is ideal for gardeners, allotment holders, orchard owners and landscapers. To apply, start at the base of the trunk and wrap upwards, overlapping each layer slightly, then secure the end. Avoid wrapping too tightly, and check wraps regularly. Remove the wrap in spring once the risk of frost has passed, to allow the bark to breathe and prevent pests or damp building up underneath. Store unused wrap in a dry place. It weighs 368.28g and is supplied in a bag. Package includes 1 roll x tree protector wraps.
