For added safety, this device features a two-handed safety circuit which means it can't be started accidentally, and will only power up once both hands are on the controls. The HGE 1845 is part of the Karcher 18v battery platform and is compatible with Karcher's 18v 2.5ah or 5ah battery, which can also be used in all other Karcher 18v cordless products. This is the bare tool version which does not include a battery or charger.
