2006 Old Thompson Bros Whisky Show 2026 Island Whisky

70cl / 52.2% / Thompson Bros - An exclusive bottling for The Whisky Show by the excellent independent bottlers Thompson Bros, this is a single cask 20-year-old Jura that matured entirely in a second-fill barrel. It leads with smoky bacon and buttered toast on the nose, before the palate opens up with a fruit medley, cinder toffee, barbecued apples and a creamy note, leading into a slow-fading finish. A chance to see a Jura through a different lens that shouldn’t be missed.
