This pendant does NOT come with a Sovereign Coin. Rather it is set with a 925 Sterling Silver St George medal insert, which is the same size as a Half Sovereign Coin. This way you will achieve the look of a real Sovereign Coin but at a fraction of the price! Please note, the St George medallion is part of the bezel.
