Glass Tile Drill Bit

The Irwin Glass and Tile Drill Bit in 4mm diameter is the ideal choice for smaller fixings and delicate drilling tasks in glass, porcelain and ceramic surfaces. This compact size is perfect for creating pilot holes for mirror fixings, soap dishes, towel rails and other lightweight bathroom accessories where precision is paramount. Engineered for controlled operation, this 4mm bit performs optimally at low speeds of around 300 RPM, preventing heat damage and material cracking. Water cooling during use is recommended to maintain cutting efficiency and extend bit life. The smaller diameter makes it particularly suited to intricate work where larger bits would be impractical or risk damaging delicate materials.
