It grows mainly in South Africa.| Rooibos is highly appreciated in herbal medicine thanks to the infusion of its leaves. It is a plant that does not contain caffeine and is now consumed all over the world. Rooibos is sometimes drunk with milk, hot or cold, or with sugar.| This plant is often called "red tea", although the product does not contain tea.| It is a plant that grows at altitude, between 450 and 900 m.
