70cl / 57.7% / Gordon & MacPhail - Another classic from Gordon & MacPhail, leaning into the sherry-ish influence of Inchgower, known as "the Manzanilla of Speyside". Full maturation in fresh sherry barrels give this a spicy, robust character whilst retaining their signature salinity. Waxy, briny, nutty and peppery, with dried fruits on the finish.
