The 550W motor delivers a single speed of 1500rpm and a handy pulse function when short bursts of power are required, while Hallde's patented four-arm scraper system improves consistency - the scrapers prevent food from getting stuck on the inside of the bowl and lid, moving it back towards the blades for efficient mixing. A simple control knob offers an easier alternative to buttons, making the VCM-41 incredibly easy to use by all kitchen staff.
