Delivering a speed of 500rpm, the motor rotates the cutting blade clockwise via a self-tensioned toothed belt. A simple control knob offers an easier alternative to buttons, making the Hallde RG-50 incredibly easy to use by all kitchen staff. With robust ABS housing, a polycarbonate and polyamide feeder top and an aluminium knife chamber, the machine has the durability to cope with the hustle and bustle of everyday commercial use.
