Ingredients Usage How to use Fybogel Fibre Chews Adults and children over 12 years: Take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the evening (maximum 6 tablets per day). Chew the tablets or allow them to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing. After taking the tablets, you may drink water or another beverage such as fruit juice.
