This 3mm diameter x 16mm length Forgefast Pozi Wood Screw in a pack of 200 provides versatile fixing for light-duty interior timber applications. The universally accepted Pozi-compatible drive ensures compatibility with standard tools, whilst six underhead lobes deliver improved countersinking with reduced surface dust. Reinforced countersunk necks enhance holding power throughout the fixing. The anti-friction thread minimises timber splitting and prevents jacking and spinning of joined components, whilst the serrated design improves pull-out resistance and reduces insertion torque. Featuring a double cutting point for faster drilling time and reduced wood dust clogging, this screw is capable of piercing 0.8mm steel. The Elementech 400 coating provides anti-corrosive protection lasting up to six times longer than standard zinc coatings, with the environmentally friendly finish containing no Cr6+ and tested to 400 hours Salt Spray resistance.
