Abrasive Flap Disc 125mm

This 125mm Flexovit Flap Disc with 80 grit offers the perfect combination of larger disc size and medium-fine finishing capability, ideal for achieving smooth, professional surface finishes on substantial metalwork. The 80 grit specification provides excellent surface refinement whilst maintaining good material removal rates, making it perfect for blending welds and preparing surfaces for final finishing or coating. The 125mm diameter is designed for 5-inch angle grinders, delivering increased coverage area for efficient work on larger surfaces. The intelligently angled flaps ensure superior abrasive contact with contoured surfaces compared to conventional fibre discs, significantly enhancing productivity when finishing castings, deburring edges and creating consistent surface profiles.
