The F2HRP Falcon meal delivery trolley combines a full size 8x 1/1 GN oven, a dedicated plate warmer and a 1/1 GN refrigerated compartment to streamline banqueting, healthcare and hotel room service. Each compartment works independently, so chilled performance stays consistent whilst the oven runs. Multi-zone oven control lets teams cook or hold different dishes at different temperatures at the same time, helped by eight shelves in the oven and a multipoint core probe for guaranteed results. The intuitive 7" colour touchscreen delivers HACCP logging, timers and diagnostics for confident, traceable service. Designed for service away from the kitchen, the Falcon F2HRP adds a thermally heated hot top with sneeze screen for safe, front-of-house plating. An air curtain and steam evacuation keep doors cool to touch and clear vapour quickly, whilst coloured gantry LEDs give at-a-glance status. The fridge includes 2x 1/1 GN grids and a low GWP system that supports energy-efficient operation. Lockable doors protect meals in transit and dedicated plate racks ensure even warming. With non-marking bumpers, offset castors for easy manoeuvrability, a 13A plug with 1.5m cable and a handy plug park, the trolley moves smoothly between areas and cuts handling time by delivering hot food, chilled components and warm plates all at the same time. 3kW.
