125mm Hook Loop Aluminium Oxide Sanding Discs 125mm Pack 25

These 125mm sanding discs feature a coarse 40 grit grade, engineered for aggressive material removal and initial surface preparation tasks. Supplied in a pack of 25, this variant is essential for heavy-duty sanding applications where rapid stock removal is the primary objective. The 40 grit specification excels at stripping old finishes, removing paint, levelling rough timber, and tackling heavily damaged or uneven surfaces. The aluminium oxide abrasive provides powerful cutting action whilst the flexible paper backing maintains contact with the workpiece, even on irregular surfaces. This coarse grade is your first choice for wood, metal, plastics and filler when substantial material removal is required. The hook and loop quick-change system allows rapid disc replacement when discs become worn during demanding applications, keeping your work progressing efficiently. Pre-punched with DID3 hole configuration, these discs work seamlessly with random orbital sanders featuring dust extraction, managing the high volume of debris generated during aggressive sanding operations.
