Safety Whistle 000995884

Six blasts, one minute's pause, repeat: the international distress signal only works if you can make noise, and the Eurohike Safety Whistle has been tested to a piercing 104 decibels. That is loud enough to carry across a hillside far further than a shout, using a fraction of the energy. Small and light enough to hang from a rucksack strap or zip pull, it is one of the cheapest pieces of safety kit a hiker can carry – and one of the most worthwhile.
