1875 Extra Virgin Oil Single Estate Picual Cold Pressed

Aroma: The El Molino single estate Picual extra virgin olive oil opens with fresh apple mixed with salad leaves and a touch of tomatoes on the vine. Followed by lightly spiced lemon verbena and delicate floral tones. Taste: Flavours in the mouth are smooth and pleasantly leafy with a trace of woody top notes. Swifty growing in bitterness followed by penetrating pepperiness which leaves a strong tingle in the long after taste. Style: This is a vigorous and peppery oil best matched with other strong flavours and perfect for barbeques, grills and rocket salads.
