TP RO 18 55 Li BL 18v Cordless Plunge Router

The Einhell TP-RO 18/55 Li BL is an 18V cordless plunge router designed for precise routing work in timber, MDF, and composite materials — without the restriction of a power cable. Powered by a brushless motor, this router delivers more torque and longer runtime than equivalent carbon brush models. The brushless motor also benefits from a 10-year warranty upon online registration, making it a sound long-term investment for both tradespeople and serious DIY enthusiasts. The 55 mm plunge depth gives you plenty of capacity for rebating, grooving, and decorative profiling. Speed is continuously variable between 10,000 and 30,000 RPM via an adjustment wheel, allowing you to match the cutting speed to your material and bit type. Routing depth is set precisely through a multi-step turret stop with additional fine adjustment for repeatable, accurate results. Two collets (6 mm and 8 mm) are included, covering the most common router bit shank sizes used in the UK. A spindle lock makes bit changes quick and straightforward. Safe two-handed operation is supported by the optimised switch position, while a built-in LED illuminates the work area and a foldable chip breaker cover shields against flying debris. As part of the Einhell Power X-Change (PXC) platform, this router is compatible with all 18V PXC batteries — ideal if you already use other tools in the range.
