612 Piloted Beading Router Bit

The Dremel 612 Piloted Beading Router Bit is a decorative routing accessory designed for creating detailed beaded edges in wood and other soft materials. This specialised bit enables craftsmen to achieve professional-looking decorative profiles on furniture, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork projects. Ideal for routing, inlaying and mortising applications, this piloted beading bit features a guide bearing that follows the workpiece edge, ensuring consistent results without the need for a fence. The pilot bearing makes it particularly suitable for routing curved edges and irregular shapes where template guides would be impractical. For optimal performance, the bit requires use with the Dremel Router Attachment 335 or Shaper/Router Table 231, providing the necessary control and stability for precision decorative work. The 3.2mm shank diameter makes it compatible with standard Dremel rotary tool collets.
