The DMT 200mm Diamond Sharp Whetstone in Extra Fine grade features a green identification marker and delivers 1200 grit with 9 micron particle size, making it perfect for final polishing and achieving razor-sharp edges. This finest grade variant is essential for producing superior cutting performance and mirror-like finishes on precision tools and instruments. Ideal for finishing work after initial sharpening, this bench whetstone employs precision monocrystalline diamond in a continuous surface configuration. Light pressure produces exceptionally keen edges with minimal effort, whilst the non-slip rubber feet and included non-skid mat ensure controlled, accurate honing. Using only water for lubrication, it maintains a clean workspace whilst effortlessly honing all hard materials including carbide and steel.
