The DeWalt Extreme Zirconium Oxide Flap Disc in 125mm diameter with a 60 grit is engineered for professionals who need a larger working surface alongside a versatile mid-range grit. The 125mm diameter covers more area per pass, making it particularly efficient on larger weldments, structural steelwork, and flat surfaces where speed and consistency are essential. The 60g zirconium oxide grain delivers a strong balance between aggressive material removal and a controlled surface finish. This disc removes material 3x faster than conventional resin-bonded fibre discs, and the Type 27 profile supports grinding angles of 0–15 degrees for flexible positioning.
