The elliptical design is built to seamlessly complement other models within the range, and operates 24 hours as standard. Retaining up to 4/1 GN worth of chilled food and drink, you can optimise the cold well temperature through a gantry mounted control panel which can then be locked to avoid outside interference. Diffused lighting form the overhead gantry illuminates your produce more than sufficiently, and the reinforced side sneeze screens protect your items for outside contamination.
