What is the Flex-H concept?: The exclusive Flex-H concept follows the natural action of the foot thanks to three flex grooves in a H pattern. Studies undertaken in Decathlon SportsLab have identified the metacarpophalangeal joints are both the flexion zone and the main support zone of the foot in fitness walking. Thus, our design teams placed flex grooves on both sides of this joint in order to help walking while remaining comfortable. What pair of shoes should I choose in case of rainy weather?: Mesh textiles are very ventilated and are not fit for walking in rainy weather.
