Adjusting your diabolo string: The diabolo string should be the same length as the distance between your feet and armpits.Using the diabolo: Roll the diabolo bobbins from left to right (right to left if you're left handed) then raise the string in one swift movement. Move the stick in your dominant hand up and down quickly. To increase the rotation speed, wrap the string counter-clockwise around the bobbin. Keep moving your hand up and down. Then turn the string clockwise to undo the previous loop. Now you're ready to try a toss!
