THE RIGHT WEIGHT: Unlike the SUPREM, the POWER rod is designed for casting heavy loads over long distances. To illustrate the point, we were able to cast the 150-g sinkers easily over more than 150 m with the 13 version, and 130-g sinkers over more than 130 m with the 12 version. The key here is to firmly compress the carbon fibres (24/30 T) to get the best performance out of the blank. The most experienced spearfishers will probably beat all the records... CAUTION!: Before casting, check that the joints are properly assembled. A poorly inserted spigot is the main cause of rod breakage. Casting with a dry leader increases the risk of breaking your line. To avoid this problem, you can moisten the body of the line before casting.
