Fresh fruits like plums, pineapples, bananas and mango suggest utter deliciousness, then the warm evening air in the narrow market streets is scented with the smoke of Arabic bakhoor, agarwood (oud) and frankincense, igniting his passion, imagination and emotions. He is instantly transported back centuries to Salalah's domination of the opulent frankincense era, and once again he relives his memorable visit to the UNESCO frankincense site.
