Chop, Puree & Mix - Use the chopping and mixing blade for simple tasks like chopping onions and herbs, mixing dips and dressings and pureeing baby food. It's also great for chopping nuts and making nut butters, as well as whizzing up breadcrumbs. Reversible Blade - In Mini Chopping mode, use the 'Chop' button to activate the sharp edges of the blade.
