50cl / 46.8% / That Boutique-y Whisky Company - This is the second Australian single malt bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company from Corowa distillery. This whisky was matured in an ex-Muscat cask, imparting aromas of medjool dates, dried fig and menthol on the nose, leading to fruity and herbal notes of tarragon, raisin, and dark chocolate on the palate.
