They're crafted from Super Vitrified ceramic, which doesn't absorb moisture, improving heat retention and giving the strength to cope with heavy use. The high thermal-shock resistance also means fewer breakages. To protect the finish, the range uses Churchill's "ecoglaze", a high-performance glaze that improves stain resistance, prevents metal marks and helps prolongs the life of the product.
