Shroom Broom™ Mushroom Corer Brush Carded

There's a fine art to preparing and cooking mushrooms. This 2-in-1 mushroom scrubber and corer from Chef'n goes the extra mile in helping you up your game. Equipped with a bristled vegetable washing brush and both an inner and outer loop, it allows you to clean and de-core mushrooms with major precision and smoothness. Not only will the mushrooms be clean (remember to add a little water to the bristles first), it also means that the stems will be right there and ready to go, should you want to use them to add flavour to your dishes. Essentially, it saves you a lot of time whether you're cooking risotto or a regal stroganoff. You won't need to worry about contamination either. The product's LFGB-certified plastic means that food safety standards are ensured. This is a product that goes way beyond your average brush for vegetables. Includes a 12-month guarantee.
