The grapes are gentled rested in stainless steel and aged on the lees for three months. Unlike its counterpart, the Cuvee especial, the aim is verve, vitality and energy with no oak influence. The nose, after a gentle swirl in the glass lifts notes of citrus peel, apple skin, elderflower and honeysuckle.
