Moorcroft Ferox Vase

Moorcroft Ferox Vase A striking ceramic vase celebrating the Rosa ferox rose, beloved for its warm pink hues despite its famously thorny nature. Emma Bossons' design captures the delicate beauty of blooms in full flower, with layered petals rendered in soft and vibrant pink tones, their centres kissed with golden highlights. Lower buds promise future blooms. Fine sgraffito detailing-hand-incised lines into the clay-creates exquisite three-dimensional depth, evoking the texture of silk petals. A refined piece that honours both the rose's romantic appeal and artistic craftsmanship.
