Description

70cl / 41.5% / Signatory - This Bunnahabhain 1978 stands as a testament to Signatory's craftmanship and 35 years in the industry. Aged for 44 years and drawn from an ex-oloroso sherry cask, this Islay whisky shows a refined palate with notes of leather, salted toffee, dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of peat smoke. Its long finish is indicative of the whisky’s complexity and elegance – this is a formidable release worthy of your attention.
